Good Parking Spaces
I see a lot of empty wal-mart and k-mart parking lots.?
How do I gain access to the parking lots in order to make a closed course for pocket bike riding? Will it be possible to just lease the parking lots? Wait! sorry. Let me be more clear. There are a lot of Closed Down Wal-Marts and K-Marts. I would like to use the abandoned space and use the parking lots for a bike riding course. How would I go about leasing the Parking lot since I have no interest in the abondonded building?

- Maybe from Kmart. I see Walmart parking lots busting at the seams on weekends.
- Not too likely because of potential litigation if someone gets hurt. Their insurance would not allow it .. is my guess.
