Can anyone find a court case dealing with handicap parking spaces?

I'm looking for a court case dealing with handicap parking spaces and ADA regulations.

1. You are looking in the wrong place. The ADA states that the state must establish disabled parking, and even gives the techical specs on how the spaces should be set up (size, lines and the like). Actual policy and case law is under individual state statute. The reson for this is due to the different populations and geography from state to state. Policy in Iowa can not be the same as policy7 in NY.
