Have you ever noticed something about fast food establishments and their parking spaces?
Some of the parking spaces are in the direct and I do mean direct path of the drive through! Perfect example. There was a lady who was trying to back her car out of a parking space at a McDonalds but had to wait until the drive through traffic died down. It was like the designers were given a plot of land to work with but parking spaces were an afterthought? ( o _ 0 ) Your thoughts?

- hungry ppl! mcdonalds iz so famous so obviosly it wd b crowded.
- Often those spaces in the drive through area are for anyone who needs to pull aside for whatever reason (probably because their order got messed up or they're missing something). Usually, there are at least two adjacent lanes behind the McDonald's -- one which the drive-through traffic uses and one which anyone else can use. Still, you may be right and the design may have been compromised due to available space.
- yeah they are always small(the parkin spaces) and the lines are sooo long and the drive through! dont vene get me started! Those things are getto long!! they are bigger then a sumo wrestlers booty! and those my friend are HUGE!!!!
- The one I work at has parking spaces on the side of the building and there are two spots for people to park if they are waiting for something to cook that takes more than a couple of minutes. like the selects, crispy, and the grilled chicken. The other parking spaces are usually where the employees park. There cannot be that much traffic heading through drive-thru that someone cannot back out, because when one car leaves the other car is just getting to the window to get their food, so it should give them ample time to get out.
- There is a lot of very thick people out there from all walks of life Some of the stupidest things ive seen people do or have done is simply too shocking and outrageous for words
- I agree.
