Good Parking Spaces
Hi my employer makes me clean toilet, do vaccum of the whole company clean parking lot if i dont do good sales?
What steps should I take in order to prevent it. I dont want to loose the job in this economy is there neway I could complain about it. He shouts @ me and abuses in front of everybody and the other co workers do the same who are of same race as the owner is. Whenever I dont do good sales I have to clean those things and sometimes he takes me to his house to clean his garden or vaccum the whole house. Please help

- Well, your problem is that if you complain to someone about discrimination or racism or about having to do all that dirty work you will probably lose your job anyway.
