How many handicap parking spots do you need to have in a parking lot?

1. one for first 25 and it goes according to number of spaces, check the chart in the link below :)
2. The demand for them will be higher after the effects of cell phones kick in about the next twenty years. They will call them: BRAIN TUMOR DRIVERS PARKING ONLY
3. Not sure if there is a Law as to how many, but our company took a survey to see how many handicap workers we had and went from there. Seemed to work good for us. Haven't heard any complains as yet.
4. I do believe that, legally, it is based on the number of employees.
