Good Parking Spaces

Why does Home Depot have so many handicapped parking spots?

A question that begs asking. I'm not against handicapped spots or anything but 15 is kind of crazy.

2. Cuz people in wheel chairs do the most home improvements....lol. I'm sure there are some laws that state some quotient as per parking spaces to overall store capacity or some silly thing. I personally like the stores that have parking stalls for pregnant women as I spend lots of time being pregnant. Probably due to the fact that I enjoy bing with my husband daily!! LOL
