Texas disabled parking spaces?
at my workplace I am interested infinding out what the rules for private property work place requirments for handicaped parking spaces for workers. in the state of texas.

- Brand new or extensively remodeled buildings MUST have ADA compliant, properly marked spaces for both public and/or employees even if the building is NOT accessable by the public
- I could not really understand your question ! But ask your boss or call your State Health Dept. they should be able to point you to the right dept. or call the state troopers office . Good luck..
- If you are trying to find out if an employer has to provide handicap parking for it's handicap employees then that probably falls under the Americans with Disability Act rather than state codes. http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/ada/adahom1.htm
