Good Parking Spaces

Is this a good plan to get even with my stupid apartment neighbors who steal my car port parking spot?

Whenever I leave town, or sometimes when i leave for a few hours, these rude, thoughtless jerks park their car in my assigned parking spot even after I have plastered their car with signs telling them to stop. Should I put down an exact number of nails or tacks which they won't see, but will pop their tires? I wouldn't run over them, because I would remove them before I parked there and I would know where they are. If this is a dumb idea, do you have any ideas to punish these asssholes? To Ohsacade - I have complained TWICE in writing to my landlord and they told me (like fcking cowards) to work it out with the offenders. I have taped signs on their car's windows every single time I've caught them doing this. I have NO alternative but to make them PAY.

2. An excellent idea- be sure you tell us your court date on Judge Judy so we can all come watch as she yells at you for your immaturity. If it bugs you that much, ask your neighbor to stop. If that doesn't work, tell your apartment manager. File a grievance with the owner or management company.
3. I don't know where you live but you can probably have them towed. The parking stickers we had at an apartment where I lived were almost the size of a piece of notebook paper, and if you used a squeegie and placed them on the sunny side of the car (this was in AZ) they stuck on there REALLY WELL.
