- They base the number of handicapped stalls by the number of regular stalls. It is usually a percentage and may be different for each city, county or state. The park you go to must have alot of regular stalls to have 10 handicapped ones.
- Maybe they just like to sit in the park. Or maybe they want to ride their scooters around.
- yah maybe after all the punks, crooks and low-lives get their legs get taken out there will be a bigger need for handicap spots? Preventative maintenance
- Maybe those handicapped people want to bring their family to the park to run around while they sit and relax.
- You really need to get a better grasp on the English language, some would consider it a HANDICAP. But anyways, you should just be glad that you don't need handicapped parking and get over it.
- I work with physically challenged people and I garuntee if you asked them they'd rather be able to walk across the parking lot to get here they have to go than have a c;oser spot. This is just so ridiculous- I mean why would you think a physically challenged person wouldn't want to or has any less right to fair accessibility to the park?
