At Giants Stadium, for Giants games, what is the earliest time you are permitted in the parking lot?

For instance, even though the Meadowlands website says the parking lot opens at 2:45pm, are you able to drive in at noon?

You can get in there at like 9am usually, for Jets opening day i go at 9am for a 4:15pm game, and I have been there at 2:30pm for a monday night 9pm game.
