Good Parking Spaces

Anyone know of good PC games based on a theme park setting? (like RCT 3)?

1. Any of the Tycoon games, like Zoo Tycoon, Lemonade Tycoon, etc. I think you can even build your own prison with Prison Tycoon.
2. RCT, Sim Theme Park. RCT is better though.
