Are there any good games out like theme Hospital?

I love Theme Hospital!!! I'm getting so bored of it now, are there any good games like it? Ive already tried Theme Park, didnt like that much...

Halo 3 is the awesomest but I have no clue on theme games
Have you played any Sim City games. Or maybe Sim Tower. There is also a Mall Tycoon. All similar style games.
If your a teenager I say Silent hill origins;it has a couple of levels with the theme of a hospital,halo 2 If you were a kid i'll say Spiderman or something like that,say,Sims or sim city or mall tycoon Maybe daxter and ratchet and clank size matters(if you LOVE theme hospital, do NOT get,spiderman,ratchet and clank size matters and MAYBE daxter...
