Good Parking Spaces

Bar downstairs puts games of “Bag’s” in the one and only handicapped parking spot. Illegal?

OK, so I pretty much spelled it out in the subject line but I’ll ask again to make sure this isn’t reported for “Not Being a Question To Be Answered”. Bar downstairs puts games of “Bag’s” in the one and only handicapped parking spot. Isn’t that Illegal? If I remember correctly, there is a website where you can report Handicapped spot violations… But I can’t remember the website! Can anyone link me to it? Thanks a TON for any information you can provide. p.s. "Bag's" is the gay little game that Cub's Fan's (And drunken college students) play where you take a bean bag and throw it at a wedge shaped board with a hole in it. Aparently, this retardation has been spreading in popularity and now drunken tards will stay out there all night screaming and playing the game. I've had to call the cops on them multiple times for having people out there at 3:00am still screaming and carrying on same as they were at 9:00pm. Sigh... It almost makes me get a substance addiction having to live under these drunkards... OH, and BTW... I lived here first... p.p.s. Yes, I am disabled. That is why I have such a big problem with it. They do not move the game when someone tries to park in the handicapped spot and sometimes they will even put up moveable fencing to block that part of the parking lot off since, at night, people have almost been run down when someone tries to park there.

1. Of course its illegal. The parking spots are there for a reason, for disabled people. Not sure what country you are in but go to google and type in Handicapped services or something like that and it should help you.
2. That's not only illegal, but downright rude. If I were disabled and needed to use that spot, I would not be happy if someone were occupying it for an invalid reason. You probably can report the bar to local authorities, and they should can it then.
3. Are you handicapped? Do you need to park there? Is the parking lot on their property or is it on city property?What the hell is the game of "bag's"? If you live upstairs from the bar and cause trouble you may end up in a real bad situation for a long time.Remember--'Don't sHiT where you eat!
4. ...For the life of me I can't understand one thing your trying to say. What is a "games of bag's" in the handicapped parking spot? Is that like...trash bags? Is this bar language, did they make their own language again?
5. As long as they are out there with it and move it when someone needs the space it is not illegal. If they put it out there and leave it and someone needs the space but nobody is there to move it than it is illegal. If it is left unmanned call the police. The web sites for reporting violators are mostly a waste of time. They only send a letter stating not to do it and that is it. The police actually have to see the violation to fine them.
6. Is the spot on private property (owned by the bar) or is it city property? If it is private property, they are not even required to have a spot. So, there would be nothing that you can do. If it is city and you are not in need of it, just write a letter to the owner and send a copy to the city administration.
7. In my state, by law-things like shopping carts and snow can not be left in the spaces-I would assume your situation in my state would be illegal... i believe it was the attorney general I reported by apartment owner to for not clearing the snow....
