Is JFK International airport parking open 24/7?

Also, if it is open 24 hrs, how often does the shuttle come (every hour, every 20 min...) in the early hours of 2 am - 5 am?

1. ohh, yea! Like NYC-never sleeps. All international flights are late in the evening and at night time. there is always so much traffic there!
